Extravadance, Personal Project

Within my short course at UAL for Art Direction for Fashion, I created an editorial concept for Hunger Magazine. Born from our need for connection and joy, Extravadance embraces the act of getting excessively dressed up for the local pub for a wild evening with your nearest and dearest.

The Icons X Helena Christensen, Coco de Mer

For this campaign, we encouraged Helena to embrace the process of self-shooting. She featured props such as mirrors, camera equipment and her natural home surroundings to further her unique narrative. Poses that evoke strength, natural beauty and joy were important to feel authentic to the feminine gaze. The lighting has a natural lo-fi feel, giving the viewer the sense that they are at home with Helena.

Kids Back to School, Spring 2020, F&F

While shooting our early spring campaign images for F&F, I assisted on the kids shoot. This was a busy and fast-paced day with children of many ages and a dog in a London family home. We need to move the art direction to something more relatable, to better reflect our consumers’ lives. We encouraged the kids to play, have fun and interact with each other naturally to get an authentic and joyful feel for our images.

Love Sleep, This Works

The campaign for This Works promoted the sleep and beauty wellness expert’s latest product launch: Love Sleep. Developed to bridge the gap between sex and wellness, Love Sleep enables the user to experience enhanced intimacy, togetherness and confidence whilst also supporting a good night’s sleep. Based on the insight that technology has overtaken our bedrooms and they are no longer a space to relax, connect and unwind, our digitally-disruptive campaign encourages people to “Reclaim the Bedroom” for what is was originally intended: sex and sleep.
